If we are able to repair your oven without replacing any parts this is all you will pay!
If parts are needed you will only be charged the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for them.
We only charge £19.99 to fit a part, even if we have to order it and return to fit it.
If we can’t repair your oven, or if we deem it to be beyond economic repair then we will not charge you anything for the callout.
